Cheryl Moulton earned her Paralegal Certificate with Honors from the University of San Diego ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program, Generalist Curriculum. Ms. Moulton then joined The Law Offices of Richard Salpietra, where she performs legal research, drafts agreements and legal pleadings, and assists with all aspects of the practice.

Ms. Moulton graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She attended graduate school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and then transferred to the University of San Diego where she received her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing Management.

Prior to joining The Law Offices of Richard Salpietra, Ms. Moulton served in business development and contract management roles in the medical device industry for 15 years. During that time she was a liaison with regulatory affairs, negotiated distribution agreements and formalized long-term strategic alliances. Ms. Moulton's entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a business owner of fitness franchises for several years, until she sold the business in order to pursue her true passion, the law.
